PARAMELA is a non-governmental organization (Biedrība) based in Latvia, dedicated to driving positive community impact, fostering social initiatives, and promoting international cooperation.
Our mission is to create meaningful opportunities, empower local communities, and support sustainable social growth across Latvia and Europe.
What We Do
PARAMELA is a newly established NGO built on the combined experience and passion of our team. We design, develop, and implement initiatives that foster personal growth, active citizenship, and community development through non-formal education and creative approaches.

Non-Formal Education & Lifelong Learning – engaging learning experiences and skill development for youth and adults.

With years of hands-on experience coordinating international teams, she excels at turning creative ideas into impactful, structured realities.
Aleksandr is an artist, filmmaker, photographer, non-formal educator, and cultural project designer, a creative practitioner who believes in learning through practice, creativity, and meaningful human connection. With years of experience in NGO and cultural initiatives, he excels at developing projects that bring together art, education, community engagement, and international exchange.
